Video surveillance

Professional security camera installation for offices, plants and industrial sites

Engineering, installation, configuration and commissioning. We leave the system running and the app working on your phone before we leave the site.

Over 100 completed projects across homes, commercial sites and industry.

Cameras fitted to the site

Not every camera does the same job.

The difference between a system that works and one that merely records is choosing the technology by the site, not by the catalog. This is what we install and when each one is worth it.

Wireless cameras

No construction and no new cabling. The fastest option for an office or a small site where a network already exists.

CCTV, closed circuit

Dedicated cabling and local recording. It is what holds up a large site or one with many points, and it does not depend on the internet in order to record.

IP cameras

Higher resolution and analytics on board: people and vehicle detection, zones of interest, and attribute search across the recording.

Two-way audio

Listen and speak through the camera. It turns a camera that only records into one that intervenes: a warning in time prevents the incident.

Monitoring from your phone

We set the app up on your phone so you can watch 24/7.

We do not hand you a password and a manual. We configure the app on your phone, test it with you, and verify that the notification arrives when it should.

  • Live view of every camera, from anywhere with an internet connection.
  • Recording searchable by date, time and camera, to recover an event afterwards.
  • A notification on your phone when motion is detected in a zone you define.
  • Several users with different permissions: not everyone needs to see everything.

Why install security cameras

What a camera is actually for.

A camera does three different jobs, and it is worth knowing which one matters most to you, because it changes the design of the system.

Deter

A visible camera at the right point changes the decision of whoever was sizing up the site. It is the only one of the three benefits that pays off without anything happening.

Intervene

With two-way audio and somebody listening, the camera stops being a witness. A warning in time costs far less than a report afterwards.

Document

For an insurance claim, a police report or an internal decision, what matters is having the video, the timestamp and the context, and being able to find them without reviewing eight hours of footage.

And one warning

If nobody watches the screens, a camera only documents. That is why most of our clients end up combining the installation with monitoring.

Cameras fitted to the site

Where we install.

Offices

Reception, corridors and high-value areas, without making staff uncomfortable.

Plants and warehouses

Production floor, docks, storage and the points where shrinkage happens.

Gated communities

Guardhouse, perimeter and vehicle control by license plate.

Schools and campus

Entrances and exits, yards and perimeter, with care for data about minors.

Elevators

Cabin and lobby, with audio and an emergency call button.

Homes

Entrances, garage and yard, viewable from the phone.

Optional layer

If you want the video to decide, not just to record.

KNOX Vision is our platform. It takes the video from cameras you already have installed and turns it into signal: loitering on the perimeter, access outside of hours, a vehicle that should not be there. It does not replace the cameras. It gives them judgment.

Frequently asked

What people ask us before the visit.

What does a security camera installation cost?
It depends on how many points, what type of camera and whether cabling already exists. That is why the site visit costs nothing: a specialist measures the area and a proposal with a closed price comes out of it.
How many cameras do we need?
Fewer than a catalog usually proposes. What sets the number is not the size of the site but how many access points and blind spots it has. A typical home is solved with four, well placed.
Do they work at night?
Yes. Everything we install has infrared night vision. On perimeters where you need to identify and not merely detect, we use lighting or color cameras with a low-light sensor.
How long is the recording kept?
It is defined in the project, based on how many cameras and at what resolution. Fifteen to thirty days is typical. It can be extended with more storage, or reduced by lowering quality on the less critical cameras.
What happens if the power or the internet goes down?
With power backup the system keeps recording. If the internet drops, you lose the remote view but not the local recording; when it comes back, the video is complete.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, against installation defects and manufacturing defects. The exact scope is put in writing in the proposal, not agreed verbally.
